What does surplus refer to?
We believe in sustainability and reducing waste, and our surplus towels offer a second life to high-quality materials, ensuring both environmental consciousness and budget-friendly options for our customers.
What does your shipping process look like?
The shipping method will depend on the location and weight of your order. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service. Local pickup is not an option. We only ship to the United States and Mexico.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Given these are surplus items, we do not accept exchanges, we will refund or credit for items if they are damaged through the shipping process. See below refund/credit for those details.
Which towels do I choose for my application?
There are a wide variety of towels for every application, we suggest reviewing our page discussing material information to better understand the best material for your application.
Do you send product samples?
No, we do not provide samples.
What if I don’t need a full case of a specific towel? Do you sell smaller quantities?
In order to keep prices as low as possible, we have to offer larger case quantities.
