Returns/Exchanges
WE DO NOT DO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Given these are surplus items, we do not accept exchanges, we will refund or credit for items if they are damaged through the shipping process. See below refund/credit for those details.
Refunds/Credits
Refunds or credits are only acceptable for products that are received damaged through shipping. Refund policy lasts 30 days from time of purchase . If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or credit.
To be eligible for a refund or credit, please go through the following steps below.
- Email info@surplusshoptowels.com as soon as the damage item(s) are received.
- Email receipt or proof of purchase.
- Email an image of the damaged product(s). We will be scanning to see if the item is unused, which will indicate the item was damaged through the shipping process.
Once your email with the following above is received, we will inspect and send you an email to notify you that we have received your email. And then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or credited. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
